• Exchanging for a wristband: E-tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the gate. The wristband must be worn at all times and is non-transferable.
• Wristband damage or loss: If your wristband is lost, removed, or tampered with, it becomes invalid and will not be replaced.
• You will be required to purchase a new ticket at the door price to re-enter.
• Tickets are available exclusively through the WOWme platform. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and service fees.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided except in the event of official cancellation by the organizer.
• If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• Attendees must follow the event’s entry requirements (age restriction, dress code, ID check, etc.).
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for security, safety, or non-compliance reasons without refund.
